手术治疗肠梗阻185例病因分析

Causes of Intestinal Obstruction in 185 Patients Treated by Operation

目的探讨经手术治疗的肠梗阻的病因。方法回顾性分析2000年1月-2007年12月本院外科手术治疗185例肠梗阻患者的临床资料,包括病因、诊断、手术方式。结果术前明确病因103例(55.7%),术中、术后明确病因82例(44.3%),绞窄性肠梗阻37例(20%)。根据不同病因和术中情况采用11种手术方式治疗。177例治愈,出现术后并发症14例(7%),4例(2.2%)死亡。结论肠梗阻的病因复杂多样,本组中19种,其中粘连、肿瘤、嵌顿疝、肠扭转、粪石为前5位病因。

Objective To explore the causes of intestinal obstruction which were treated by operative management. Methods The etiological factors,diagnosis and treatment of 185 patients with intestinal obstruction from Jan 2000 to Dec 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 103 cases （55.7 % ） were diagnosed clearly before operation and 82 cases （44.3 % ） were diagnosed during operation or postoperation. 37 cases （20.0%） were strangulated intestinal obstruction. Based on the etiology and condition of operation, 11 kinds of surgical procedures were used. 177 cases recovery, postoperative complications occurred in 14 cases （7.0%） and 4 cases （2.2%） died. Conclusions The causes of intestinal obstruction are complex. The top five commonly causes of intestinal obstruction are adhesion, tumors, volvulus,incarcerated hernia, stool stone.
