摘要
目的探讨在特殊部位翻转针柄左平放固定法在快速静脉滴注20%甘露醇中对静脉输液速度的影响。方法选择100例需要快速静脉滴注20%甘露醇的患者随机分为2组,实验组56例采用翻转针柄左平放固定法固定针柄;对照组44例采用传统的方法固定针柄。比较2组病例输液的通畅程度。结果实验组与对照组静脉输液通畅程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组明显高于对照组。结论翻转针柄法固定针柄法能加快补液速度,确保治疗效果,还能减少药液对血管壁的刺激,减轻患者局部疼痛。
Objective To discuss the influence of reversed needle handle fixation method on the speed in rapid intravenous infusion of 20% mannitol. Methods 100 patients requiring rapid infusion of 20% mannitol were divided into test group（ 56 cases） and contwl group（44 cases）. The test group was fixed with the reversed needle handle fixation method, while the Control group with the traditional fixation method. The infusion speed was compared.Results The infusion speed in the test group was obvious higher than that in the control group,and the differences had statistical significance between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The reversed needle handle fixation method can speed up the intravenous infusion in order to ensure the curative effect reduce the stimulation of the solution to the vessel wall, and lessen the local pain of patient.
