铵型丝光沸石柱对高钾糖浆离子交换过程的研究

摘要 本文研究将天然丝光沸石转为铵型后测定了离子交换的相平衡关系及静态交换容量。用间歇搅拌法测定交换速率,获得了有效扩散系数D_e及外传质系数k_f的数值,并计算出总传质系数K_(Fαv)。在忽略轴向返混和经向扩散的前提下建立数学模型,用拉普拉斯变换获得模型的解析解,测定了纯钾溶液及高钾糖浆在不同条件下的离子交换透过曲线,与所得理论透过曲线比较,得到较好的吻合。试验证明沸石对糖浆质量无不良影响。文中对提钾过程也作了初步探讨。 In the experiments natural mordenite is changed into ammonium-mordenite.Whose equalibrium relationship of ion exchange andstatic exchange capacity are measured.The rate of the ion exchangeis also measured by batch stirring techniqe.An effective diffusioncoiefficient De and liquid phase mass transfer coefficient k_f arecalculated.Then the overall mass transfer coefficient K_Fα_o iscalculated.Assuming insignificant axial dispersion and radial diffusion,amathematical model of ion exchange has been developed andan anylytical solution of the model obtained break through curvesof pure potassium liquid and high-potassium syrup are measuredunder different conditions of technology.Comparing the idealbreakthrough curve with measured breakthrough curve,wehave obtained a good agreement.In this paper the effect of ammonium modenite on the qualityof syrup and the production process is studied;The initial study onprocess of recovering potassium is also carried out.
