广西房地产业与经济发展的典型相关分析

Typical Correlation Analysis of Guangxi Real Estate Industry and Economic Development

采用典型相关分析的方法,建立广西经济发展与房地产业发展之间的典型相关模型,定量分析广西经济发展与房地产业各分量的相互关系和影响程度,并客观评价房地产业在广西经济发展中的地位和作用,为促进房地产业和经济的和谐发展提供政策参考。选取了商品房销售面积、商品房屋销售额、人均GDP、城镇居民等各4个指标进行分析,客观评价了房地产业的发展对经济的影响。

By the means of typical correlation analysis, the author established typical correlation model of Guangxi economic development and estate industry development, made quantitative analysis to identify their correlation and influence, and objectively estimated the estate industry＇s position and role in Guangxi＇s economic development, which would provide policy reference for the harmonious development of estate industry and economy. The analyses were based on four selected indexes, i.e. sold area of commodity houses, sale of commodity houses, GDP per capita, consumption level of residents in towns and cities.
