政府投资项目管理中的各方关系探析——从委托代理理论视角

Study on the Relationship among the Parties in the Government Investment Project Administration——from the View of Principal-agent Theory

从委托代理理论视角来看,政府投资项目管理中既存在非标准的委托代理关系,又存在标准的委托代理关系。这种双重性质决定着政府投资项目管理的委托代理有着不同于普通代理关系的显著特征。通过对整个委托代理链中各单位之间委托代理关系的梳理和分析,为进一步的政府投资项目管理优化研究提供一条可行的思路。

From the view of principal-agent theory, both standard and non- standard agency relationship exit in the project administration of government investment. And this double feature results in distinct characteristics from the common principal - agent relationship. Through sorting out and analyzing relationships over all agency chain, the author in this paper tried to provide feasible idea to improve the administration of government investment project.
