本文分析了湖南渔业发展的潜力，近些年的发展现状，并从理顺工作思路、调整经济结构。
The paper describes the present status and potential of fishery development in Hunan Province and gives some points on sustainable fishery development in adjustment of strategies, rearrangement of economic structure and strengthening of laws and regulations.[
