摘要
由于人口增加和我国国民经济发展，高品质食物需求将代替低品质食物需求，最终使食物需求增长。水产品与其它食物的替换性和互补性，将使我国居民食物构成中水产品的比例上升。因此，发展水产品生产对总体食物安全十分重要。随着水产品国际贸易的发展和我国进出口关税大幅下调，将使我国水产品进出口贸易向多边发展，我国应适时调整水产品生产和贸易结构。
China economic development and increase of population will lead to low quality food substituted by high quality food, increases of food demand and, rises of aquatic products consumption in food composition due to its characteristics of replacement and substitution with other food. Therefore, fisheries are very important to China's food security. With the development of world aquatic product trade and China's tariff reduction, aquatic product multlateral trade become necessary, obviously, China should properly adjust its fishery industries and aquatic product trade pattern in order to meet different consumption demand and sustainable development.[
