摘要
本文报告了在φ600mm塔内测量D_g38塑料共轭环(Ⅱ)、(Ⅲ)型和D_g50瓷矩鞍等三种填料的液体分布的结果,所得结果比较好地符合Cihla和Schmidt提出的填料塔内液体分布理论模型。研究表明D_g38塑料共轭环(Ⅱ)型流体分布性能最好,(Ⅲ)型次之,D_g50瓷矩鞍最差。这进一步证明我们推荐使用D_g38塑料共轭环(Ⅱ)型是正确的。
This paper presents a measuring results of fluid distribution in600 mm i.d.tower packen with 50 mm ceramic Intalox Saddle,38 mm plastic conjugate rings(Ⅱ)and(Ⅲ)respectively.The resultsare quite well in accord with liquid distribution model in packingtower presented by Cihla and Schmidt.The measuring results of fluid distribution in packing towershow that liquid distribution character of conjugate rings(Ⅱ)thebest,conjugate rings(Ⅲ)second and Intalox Saddle third,so that werecommend to use conjugate rings(Ⅱ).
