摘要
本文通过对石榴酒、蜂蜜酒中矿物质元素、维生素、氨基酸、蛋白质、糖类等营养成分的分析测定,阐述了这两种果酒的共同营养特点和各自独特的营养价值。
This paper analysed the mineral elements, vitamin, amino acid, protein, glucide in the full fermentation punica granatum wine and mead. After the analysis, the writer discussed the nutrients value and health - care function of the two fuit wine and pointed out the distinguished nutrient value of each one.
