食管鳞癌组织中MUC-2与SleX蛋白的表达

摘要 目的探讨食管鳞癌组织中MUC-2及SleX蛋白的表达。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测50例食管鳞癌组织、19例癌旁不典型增生组织及50例正常食管黏膜组织中MUC-2与SleX蛋白的表达。结果食管鳞癌组织、癌旁不典型增生组织及正常黏膜组织中MUC-2蛋白的阳性表达率依次降低,分别为78.0%(39/50)、47.4%(9/19)、18.0%(9/50),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);SleX蛋白的阳性表达率依次降低,分别为80.0%(40/50)、52.6%(10/19)、16.0%(8/50),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);MUC-2和SleX蛋白表达与食管鳞癌的组织分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移密切相关(P〈0.05)。结论MUC-2和SleX在食管鳞癌的发生、发展、转移中起重要作用,联合检测MUC-2及SleX可望成为食管鳞癌早期诊断和预后判断的分子指标之一。 Objective To explore the expression of MUC - 2 and SleX protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MUC - 2 and SleX protein in 50 eases of esophageal squamous cell Carcinoma, 19 eases of adjacent atypical hyperplasia epithelium and 50 cases of normal esophageal epithelium. Results The expression rates of MUC -2 protein decreased by turns in carcinoma,adjacent atypical hyperplasia epithelium and normal esophageal epithelium specimens which were 78.0% ( 39/50 ) ,47.4 % ( 9/19 ) , 18.0 % ( 9/50 ) respectively. There was a significant statistic difference among the groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). The SleX protein decreased by turns in carcinoma, adjacent atypical hyperplasia epithelium and normal esophageal epithelium specimens which were 80. 0% (40/ 50) ,52. 6% (10/19) , 16. 0% (8/50)respectively. The expression of MUC -2, SleX protein was closely eorrelated with the tumor grade, infilatration and lymphatic metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions MUC - 2 and SleX play important roles in the infiltration, metastasis and carcinogenesis in esophageal carcinoma. United examining MUC - 2 and SleX can become one of molecular index in the early diagnosis and prognostic judgement of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
