微型钢板治疗闭合性指掌骨骨折30例临床分析

The Use of Mini Type Steel Plate in the Treatment of Metacarpus Fracture in 30 Cases.

目的使用微型钢板治疗外伤中的手部指掌骨骨折。方法本组30例患者36处骨折，均采用手术切开，骨折端解剖复位后用微型钢板内固定。结果本组病例使用微型钢板内固定后，骨折端均可达解剖复位。随访6～12个月，手部指间关节、掌指关节活动基本得以保持，无关节僵直等现象发生。结论用微型钢板治疗闭合性手部指掌骨骨折，可使得手部各关节进行早期功能康复训练，使手各部分关节功能获满意恢复，是治疗闭合性手部指掌骨骨折的有效方法。

Objective Purpose hand part in using mini type steel plate to cure injury or wound points to metacarpus fracture of 30 cases. Methods The whole patients 36 places fracture,adopt the operation incision without exception, fracture holds the queen who analyses replacement using mini type steel plate inner to fix. Results After used the mini type steel plate inner to fix the queen, fracture is held may reach anatomy replacement equally. Follow - up 6 - 12 months, the hand part point to the arthrosis,the palm digital joints activity manage to keep basically, there were not have arthrosis spasticity waiting for a phenomenon to happen. Conclusions Mini type steel plate to cure the closure hand part referring to metacarpus fracture, every arthrosis carries out early phase function recovery training but will do personally, every part arthrosis function obtains messenger hand satisfied method recovering, being that the hand part curing closure refer to metacarpus fracture＇s.
