摘要
目的通过调查住院期间老年糖尿病病人健康教育知识的掌握程度,探讨如何对老年糖尿病病人实施有效的健康教育方法,从而达到控制血糖,预防并发症发生的目的。方法将30例糖尿病病人随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组以传统的说教模式作为健康教育方式,观察组根据个体差异结合多种形式的健康教育方法。均连续观察2个月。结果观察组对糖尿病健康教育知识的掌握程度明显优于对照组(P〈0.05),糖尿病的控制目标也明显好于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论结合多种形式的健康教育方法,可满足病人对健康知识的需求,提高自我护理的能力。
Objective To evaluate how to carry out effective methods of health education to elderly patients of diabetes mellitus by investigating how much health education knowledge had elderly patients of diabetes mellitus mastered so as to realize the goal of controlling blood sugar and preventing complication. Methods Divide 30 cases into compare group and observe group at random. Traditional preach model is the health education method for control group. Various forms of health education according to individual is for observe group. To observe constantly for 2 months. Results Observe group masters health education knowledge of diabetes melhus better than compare group( P 〈 0. 05 ), controlling of diabetes mellitus is also better( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Integration of various health education methods can meet patients' demand of health knowledge and improve their abilities of nursing care by themselves.
