超声检测颈动脉内-中膜厚度及斑块的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨颈动脉内一中膜厚度及粥样硬化斑块与高血压、心脑血管疾病的关系。方法利用高频超声分别测定高血压组、心脑血管疾病组及正常对照组的颈动脉内一中膜厚度并观察其斑块特征。结果高血压组、心脑血管疾病组颈动脉的内一中膜厚度以及斑块发生率均明显高于对照组(P〈0.01),心脑血管疾病组显著高于高血压组(P〈0.01)。结论超声检测颈动脉内一中膜厚度,及早发现粥样硬化斑块的形成,对高血压、心脑血管疾病的预警和防治具有重要意义。 Objective Investigate the relationship between Common Carotid Arterial Intima - Media Thickness( CCA - IMT)especially the atherosclerotic plaque and cerebrovascular or cardiovascular diseases. Methods Examine the CCA - IMT among the three group which named the hypertension group, the cerebrovascular or cardiovascular diseases group, and the control group respectively by the high - frequency ultrasonic detector,besides obeseve the feature of the atheroselerotie plaque. Results CCA - IMT and incidence of atherosclerotic plaque in the disease groups is higher than the control( P 〈 0. 01 ) , and which is much higher in the cerebrovascular or cardiovascular diseases group than in the hypertension group( P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion The ultrasonic detectation of CCA - IMT and the founding of the formation of the atherosclerotic plaque in advance, is of the great significant with the early warning, also the prevention and cure of hypertension and cerebrovascular or cardiovascular diseases.
