中西医结合治疗肺结核咯血80例

Traditional Chinese and Western Midical Treatment Pulmonary Tuberculosis Bemoptysis in 80 Cases.

目的探讨中西医结合治疗肺结核咯血的临床疗效。方法选择80例肺结核咯血患者，应用重体后叶素19—20U，止血敏4g，Vit C 3g静脉滴注，配合中药百合固金汤加味治疗。结果80例肺结核咯血患者中，显效71例（88．75％），有效8例（10％），无效1例（1．25％），总有效率98．75％。结论垂体后叶素伍用中药百合固金汤可以大大缩短出血时间、减少垂体后叶素的不良反应，值得推广。

Objective To discuss the effective of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis in Chinese and Western medical. Methods Choosed the pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis patients, Treated by hypophysine 19 - 20U, dieynone 4g, VitC 3g, ivgtt. Then combined the traditional Chinese medicine Baihe Gujin soup. Results During 80 patients of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis, good effect 71 cases （88.75%） , few effect 8 cases （ 10% ） , no have any effect 1 case（ 1.25% ）. The rate of effective was 98. 75%. Conclusion The Hypophysine combined traditional Chinese medicine Baihe Gujin soup Can shorten bleeding time, lessen the side effect of hypophysime. Can be used in clinc.
