摘要
3G是我国电信业争论的焦点，从3G技术的发展现状、存在问题，特别是市场需求等方面做出分析，提出在我国暂不宜推广3G，面对全IP时代应着力于电信体制改革。
3G is the argument focus in Chinese telecommunication business. The paper analyzes the present development, existing questions and market needs of 3G technology, and puts forword that it does not suitably promote temporarily in our country, but it needs telecommunication system reform in facing entire IP time.
