口语水平的提高既是外语教学的重点,也是学习的难点。传统的外语教学中普遍存在口语训练的不足,是"哑巴英语"产生的直接原因。结合心理语言学理论和个人心得,认为通过加强听力训练、增加阅读量、专门口语训练、英语学习环境创设及英语思维习惯的养成四种途径,能有效提高学习者的口语水平。

This article first points out the problem in the process of foreign language teaching in our country, then analyzes the reason why Dumb English occurs, and finally from the perspective of psycholinguistics, discusses the three primary approaches of improving one＇ s communicative ability of foreign language.
