摘要
目的探讨不同日龄SPF级KM小鼠血液生理生化正常值,为评价封闭群动物的遗传标准提供数据基础。方法采用Beckman全自动生化测定仪和日本光电血球计数仪对20、30、40、50日龄及不同性别SPF级小鼠的血液生理生化值进行了测定。结果SPF级KM小鼠血液的WBC、MCH、MCHC、PLT在不同日龄间差异显著,RBC、HGB、HCT、Glu、ALT、CHOL、TP、Alb、Glb、A/G、BUN、PO4、Na、K、CI、Ca、AG在日龄、性别间均差异极显著。结论SPF级KM小鼠血液生理生化指标雌雄、日龄之间存在差异,研究结果可为KM小鼠建立正常检测指标提供参考。
Objective To establish normal range and mean values of blood biochemical parameters in SPF KM mice used in long-term toxicity test. Methods Blood samples were taken from SPF KM mice in different age gender and a number of blood biochemical parameters were measured using an antomatic biochemical and analyzer. Results There are significant difference among mice of different age on WBC, MCH, MCHC ,PLT. There are significant difference among day old and sex on RBC, HGB, HCT, Glu, ALT, CHOL, TP, Alb, Glb, A/G, BUN, PO4, Na, K, Cl, Ca, AG. Concolusion The physiological and biochemical data were significant difference among different age and gender in SPF KM Mice. The normal range and mean values of all data were obtained. This result could be used as normal physiological and biochemical value in SPF KM mice.
