不同生活环境猕猴血清中矿物元素含量的测定与分析 被引量:2

Determination and Analysis of Trace Elements in Serum of Macaca mulatta Lived in Different Surroundings

摘要 目的通过测定猕猴血清中钾(K)、钠(Na)、氯(Cl)、镁(Mg)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)、铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)等8种矿物元素的含量,比较分析不同生活环境下猕猴血清中矿物元素的差异,为人工繁育猕猴饲料配方的筛选和诊断防治营养代谢病提供参考数据。方法采用全自动生化分析仪进行测定。结果A组(人工笼养猴)和B组(猴园猴)P、Mg和Cu的含量与C组(野生猴)差异显著(P<0.01),而A组与B组差异不显著(P<0.05);A组中Ca含量与C组差异显著(P<0.05),但B组与A组和C组均无显著性差异(P>0.05);K、Na、Cl、Fe含量在各组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论以人类血清矿物元素的正常范围为参照,猕猴血清K、Na含量高于人类参考值,血清中P含量只有人工繁殖猴超出正常范围的上限,其余的则在人的正常范围之内;此结果可为实验猕猴血清矿物元素数据库的建立提供可靠数据。 Objective Eight trace elements (K, Na, Cl, Mg, Ca, P, Fe and Cu) were determined in serum of Macaea mulatta to compare the effect on trace elements in serum of Macaca mulatta lived in different surroundings. The results provided reference information for the selection of feed formulas and the diagnosis and control of nutrition metabolic diseases for artificial breeding Macaca mulatta. Methods The trace elements were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer. Results There were a significant difference in the content of P, Mg, and Cu between A group (domesticate, raised in cage) and B (semi-natural, lived in park), C group (natural, lived in open air) (P 〈 0.01), but A and B groups have no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05) ; there were a significant difference in the content of Ca between A and C groups (P 〈 0.01), but it wasn't found between B group and A, C(P 〉 0.05); and there were no significant difference in the K, Na, Cl and Fe in all three groups ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The content of K, Na in all groups were higher than those of normalhuman' s upper limit, but the content of P was higher than those of normal human' s upper limit only in A group and all the others was in normal range. Some information and test data in the paper are useful and reliable for the further study about trace elements in serum of Macaca mulatta.
