大学校园文化建设的价值取向

The value tropism of campus culture construction

大学校园文化建设本质上是一种价值追求与价值创造。大学校园文化的价值定位受到大学传统、功能地位、时代趋势、领导视野、师资构成和学生成分等多种因素的影响。当前我国大学面临深刻转型,把握校园文化建设的价值取向具有特殊意义。笔者认为,应当在重视校园硬件建设的进程中强化人文氛围;在价值多样化的进程中保持主流价值;在社会市场化的进程中保持学术品格;在教育规范化的进程中保持个性的品质;在大众化的进程中保持精英品格;在学科专业化的进程中保持全面素质教育;在行为世俗化的进程中保持高尚人格。

To the essence, campus culture construction is a kind of value pursuit and creation. And the value orientation of campus culture has something to do with the following factors： campus tradition, function, trend of the era, vision of leadership, constitute of faculty, component of students, and so on. To grasp the value tropism of campus culture construction, which has special significance as the universities in our country are facing profound transformation at present, the author believes we should do like the followings： strengthen humanities atmosphere in the process of valueing the construction of campus hardware; hold the mainstream value in the process of value diversification; keep academic character in the process of social marketazation; retain the quality of personality in the process of standardization of education; maintain the quality of elite in the process of massfication; keep overall quality education in the process of specialization of disciplines; hold noble character in the process of secularization.
