摘要 为提高集装箱港口的整体作业效率,在规划期的各个时段内,兼顾岸桥和场桥负载的前提下,建立堆存空间分配的线性整数规划模型并用滚动规划的方法解决堆场存储空间的分配方案.实验结果表明,模型求解时间短,能有效降低堆场中的负载不平衡性,避免港口操作中的瓶颈,提高港口作业效率. In order to improve the overall operational efficiency for container terminals, considering both the workload of quay cranes and yard cranes in each period of a planning horizon, a linear integer programming model is presented for the storage space allocation and a yard storage space allocation solution is solved by rolling-horizon method. The experiment result shows that the model significantly reduces the workload imbalance in the yard with short computation time, avoids possible bottlenecks in terminal operations, and improves the terminal handling efficiency.
