α,β,γ,δ-四-(4-吡啶)卟啉荧光熄灭法测定痕量铜的研究

DETERMINATION OF TRACE COPPER BY FLUORESCENCE QUENCHING METHOD WITH α,β,γ,δ-TETRA-(4-PYRIDYL)PORPHYRIN

本文利用Cu(Ⅱ)对α、β、Υ、δ-四-(4-吡啶)卟啉(TPyrP)的荧光熄灭作用,提出测定痕量铜的荧光光度法。在强酸性介质中,TPyrP的荧光峰为658nm,检测下限为0.4ppb,大量共存离子不影响Cu(Ⅱ)的测定。本法灵敏度高,选择性好,可用于直接测定纯铝中的铜。

A new method has been developed for the determination of trace Cu based on the fluoro metric quenching effect of α、β、γ、δ-tetra-(4-pyridyl) porphyrin (TPyrP) by the formation of Cu (Ⅱ)-TPyrP complex. The fluorometric wavelength of TPyrP is at 658nm. The detection limit is 0.4 ppb. Most of other metal ions do not interfere with the determination of Cu (Ⅱ). The method has the advantagee of high selectivity and sensitivity. It can be used for the direct determination of trace Cu (Ⅱ) in aluminium.
