摘要
对高校群体性突发事件进行柔性化控制,是深入贯彻十七大提出的"构建社会主义和谐社会"、建设和谐校园的需要。高校群体性突事件的柔性化控制是一个环环相扣的"系统工程".需要从五个方面加以落实.即:指导思想上的"柔性";感情取向上的"柔情";处置路径上的"柔顺";处置方式与手段的"柔和";处置机制的"柔韧"。
The flexible control of mass unexpected incident in university is the requirement of＂establishing socialist harmonious society＂ and constructing harmonious campus. The flexible control of mass unexpected incident in university is an interlocked systematic project. And it needs to be implemented from five aspects： the flexibility of guidelines; the fondness of emotional orientation; the modest of disposal route; the gentleness of disposal approach; the flexibility of disposal mechanism.
