摘要
电机电枢焊接电阻的测量在电机测量中一直是一个难点问题,在深入调查和研究的基础上,给出了电机电枢焊接电阻的简化模型。讨论了几种常用的μΩ级小电阻测量方法的优缺点和使用原理。提出了焊接电阻的精确测量方法和用到的关键技术。试验数据表明,采用提出的方法可以精确地测量焊接电阻。
The measurement of welding motor armature has been a difficult issue in the electrical resistance measurement. On the basis of in-depth investigations and studies, the simplified model of motor armature resistance welding was showed; advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used μΩ-class low resistance measurement methods and the use of principle were discussed; Precision measurement methods of Resistance welding and critical technologies was raised.
