摘要
从细胞生长的特性出发,分析和讨论了采用恒化器确定动力学模型参数的优点与不足。本研究提出了一种“动态”的方法,可以当系统的状态发生连续变化的同时,确定各动力学模型参数,而不必维持系统的稳定。
According to the characteristics of cell growth,advantages anddisadvantages using the chemostat reactor to determine the kineticparameters are analysed and discussed in this paper.A“dynamic”method estimating the kinetic parameters is put out,by which wecan calculate the kinetic model parameters of all kinds even thoughthe system is varying with time continuously,and needn't maintainthe system in the steady state.After all,the principal merits of the“dynamic”method are fast,simple to operate with no harsh termsand easy to be used.
