国有企业雇员持股改造与员工心理所有权的调适

摘要 雇员持股计划(ESOP)被广泛推广的假设是:雇员通过持有公司的法定所有权而增强对企业的心理所有权,可以有利于员工参与积极性的提高和自我管理的增强,进而提高组织绩效。我国国有企业员工对企业拥有较高的心理所有权却常常因为效率低下而饱受争议。本文对其形成原因进行了分析,并提出了国有企业ESOP前后员工心理所有权调适策略。
