摘要
从焚烧飞灰-水泥复合胶凝体系中重金属的化学存在形态、表面浸出毒性、浸出率等方面对城市垃圾焚烧飞灰作为水泥复合胶凝组分的安全性进行试验研究。结果表明,飞灰中富含能被水浸出的Zn、Pb、Cr、Cd和Cu等各种重金属。垃圾飞灰作为水泥复合胶凝组分材料使用时,力学性能满足要求,且各重金属稳定态的比例均有不同程度的增加,硬化浆体长期抗表面浸出能力较强。矿物掺合料的掺入,对重金属的固化有一定的增强效果。垃圾焚烧飞灰有望作为水泥复合胶凝组分材料安全使用。
Safety evaluation of MSWI fly ash used as a component of composite cementitious material was done from points of chemical forms,surface leaching toxicity and leaching ratio of heavy metals. Results showed that the heavy metals like Zn、Pb、Cr、Cd and Cu etc. Leached by water were rich in it. After being used as a component of composite cementitious material,mechanical properties met the usage demand and steady form ratios of heavy metals in MSWI fly ash-cement matrices were increased. The capacity of hardened pastes' resistance to long-term surface leaching was better. The mineral additives benefited the heavy metals immobilization. It can be postulated that MSWI fly ash was a safe additive used in cement matrix.
