摘要
母液浓缩是制药行业不可缺少的工艺操作。构建真空操作系统,降低其沸点是确保热敏物质物性安全的技术措施。工程实践表明,母液中的溶剂,随真空度的升高,逃逸量不断增加。以真空工程理论为依据,研究溶剂逃逸的特性,尝试在原系统中增置"冷阱"机组,溶剂的逃逸量得到大幅度的降低。
Mother liquid concentration is an indispensable process operation in pharmaceutical industry,and the measure for protecting the safety of heat sensitive matter was depressing its boiling point in vacuum operation system.It was demonstrated by engineering practice that the runaway solvent in mother liquid was increased with an increase in vacuum.Based on vacuum engineering theory,the runaway solvent was reduced obviously by looking for the reason and adding cold trap set in the original system.
