摘要
目的:建立食品中丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)和叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)3种脂溶性抗氧化剂的气相色谱-质谱仪器方法和样品前处理方法。方法:样品经乙腈提取后,进行气相色谱-质谱分析,采用外标法定量。结果:在0.1-10.0 mg/kg添加水平范围内,3种抗氧化剂的添加回收率在69.1%-111.1%之间,相对标准偏差4.0%-7.5%,方法的测定低限(LOQ)为0.1 mg/kg。
Objective:To develop a GC-MS method for the determination of BHA,BHT and TBHQ in foods.Methods:The fat-soluble antioxidants in samples were extracted with acetonitrile,and the separation was performed on a DB-5MS column.Results:The detection limits of 0.1-10.0 μg/mg proved to be much better than the previously reported ones.The recoveries were 69.1%-111.1%,coefficients of variation were 4.0%-7.5% and the LOQ was 0.1 mg/kg.
