介绍了非计算机专业大学生计算机等级考试练习模拟自测系统的功能、特点、实施方案以及使用效果。该系统是针对教学、辅导、等级考试过程中教师感到费时、费力、重复劳动等缺点而用模拟自测的方法，为计算机等级考试提供了必要的辅助手段，具有六大特点。
The article has introduced an automatic plate locating and cutting control system implemented by PC bus industrial computer and APC locating control model.Speed loop gives a better solution for static resistance torque of motor,and linear deceleration used in locating process for stopping machine,which improves the characteristics of stopping machine.The system was put into use in 1994 in Taiyuan Steel Plant,and cutting accuracy is ±1mm that has obtained a better economic benefits.
