水中氰化物两种测定方法的比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立一种简便、快速、高灵敏度的测定水中氰化物的方法。方法:用FS-IV型分段流动分析仪在线蒸馏直接测定水中氰化物,比较流动注射仪和分光光度计测定结果。结果:流动注射法测定的线性范围为0.002-0.500 mg/L,通过稀释样品,可以扩大测定上限,线性相关系数为0.9998,检出限为0.002 mg/L,回收率为90.0%-108.2%,分光光度法测定的线性范围为0.01-0.10 mg/L,线性相关系数为0.9985,加标回收率为80.0%-100.0%。结论:流动注射法与国标分光光度法两种检验方法测定结果无显著差异,流动注射法线性范围较宽、灵敏度较高且可自动、快速地测定大批量水样中的氰化物。 Objective:To select a simple,rapid and sensitive method to detect cyanide in water.Methods:Direct determination of cyanide in water by online distillation with FS-IV segmented flow analyzer and comparing the results of flow injection method and spectrometric method.Results:The linear relationship of the flow injection method was in the range of 0.002-0.500 mg/L,the relative coefficient was 0.9998,the detection limit 0.002 mg/L,the recovery rate of samples 90.0%-108.2%;while the linear relationship of the spectrometric method was in the range of 0.01 -0.10 mg/L,the relative coefficient 0.9985,the detection limit 0.10 mg/L,the recovery rate of samples 80.0%-100.0%.Conclusion:No significant difference has been found between two methods,the flow injection analysis method shows compatibly auto batch analysis rapidly.
