摘要 目的:建立测定人发中痕量锡的新方法。方法:样品不经消解,应用空气直接灰化样品,横向塞曼石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定人发中痕量锡。结果:通过实验,选定了最佳的检测条件。该法的灵敏度、精密度均能满足检测工作的需要。本法对锡的最低检出量为1.98 pg,回收率在75%-90%之间。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,灵敏度和精密度高,适用于人发样品中痕量锡的测定。 Objective:To establish a new method for determination of trace tin in human hair.Methods:After the sample being introduced directly,at the ashing stage of the furnace temperature program,air was passed through,then was detected by Zeeman GFAAS.Results:Under the best condition,the sensitivity and precision was suitable for the detection.While the recovery rate was controlled between 75 percent to 90 percent.And the lowest detection limit of tin was 1.98 pg.Conclusion:This method is simple,quick,accurate,sensitive and precise.It is a suitable method for measuring the trace tin in hair.
