薄层色谱法检测化妆品中的氯霉素

Analysis of chloramphenicol in cosmetics by thin layer chromatography

目的:参照2000版中国药典中的薄层色谱方法检测化妆品中氯霉素。方法:用乙醇进行提取,以硅胶GF254预制板为载体、三氯甲烷-甲醇(85:15)为展开剂的薄层条件鉴别化妆品中的氯霉素。结果:样品最小检测限度为1.0 mg/g,对市售12个品种的化妆品进行检测,其中3个品种检出氯霉素。结论:该方法准确、简便、快速,重现性好,适用于化妆品中氯霉素的快速检测。

Objective：To analyze chloramphenicol in cosmetics by thin layer chromatography referring to Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2000）.Methods：The samples were extracted by ethanol.The silica gel GF254 precast slab and chloroform-methanol（volume ratio 85：15） as developer were chosen.Results：The limit of test was 1.0 mg/g.Twelve kinds of cosmetics from markets were tested and chloramphenicol was detected out from three samples.Conclusion：The method is accurate,simple and sensitive with a good reproducibility.It can be used for chloramphenicol analysis in cosmetics.
