摘要
以某75t/h循环流化床锅炉为对象,开发了包括流化床数学模型,硬件接口与Honeywel模块自动控制系统在内的仿真演示器。它应用了清华大学在流化床模型,动态物料平衡及风烟流体网络方面研究的长期研究成果,能够比较正确地反映和演示流化床锅炉的实际运行及控制情况。
A simulation device has been developed to demonstrate the operation behavior of a 75t/h CFB boiler with automatic control system.The device is mainly composed of three parts ,i.e.a PC computer with the mathematical model of the CFB boiler,hardware interface and Honeywell modular control system.The control of the boiler is divided into the loops for coal feed,total air flow,ratio between primary air and secondary air,live steam temperature and bed inventory.Some simulation results are finally given.
