摘要
目的建立可控性强、重复性好、趋近真实的脂肪栓塞动物模型。方法首先,将兔麻醉,从股静脉注入同种异体骨髓脂肪(0.2ml/kg)建立脂肪栓塞模型。动物术后存活足够时间处死,取其肺、脑、肾、心进行大体标本观察。同时行HE常规染色,光镜观察。再取新鲜肺组织做冰冻切片、油红O脂肪染色观察。结果本法的动物模型成功率为83.33%。结论用该方法建立急性脂肪栓塞有很高的科研价值和可行性。
Objective To establish the model of fat embolism, which was good--control, stereotaxis,and simple operation. Methods Firstly, a rabbit was anesthetized,and the femoral vein was exposed and opened. Secondly,homologous bone marrow fat(0.2ml/kg)was injected into the vein to establish the model. Once it has survived enough time we needed,the rabbit was autopsied and the organs like lung,brain,kidney,heart should be looked as a whole and took the lung tissue with oil red stain for observed. Results The successful rate of this means of the establishment of fat embolism model was up to 82.6 % %. Conclusions Our way of the establishment of the model of fat embolism not only owns great scientific research value,but also has very high feasibility.
