摘要
分析并研究了基于Mpc5200的运动控制器在开放式数控系统的设计应用。由于Linux不具有硬实时性,在运动控制器中采用了RTAI(Real Time Application Interface)实时性方案,提高了运动控制器的可靠性、实时性。
Study the design and application of the Mpc5200-based multi-axis motion controller in the open CNC. Because of the soft real-time characteristic of Linux , the RTAI was used in the motion controller to improve its reliability and real-time quality.
