摘要
本文分析了中小型造纸机的特点和控制要求,根据造纸机的要求,设计了嵌入式控制器,实现对造纸机的电气系统的控制;设计了基于ARM的嵌入式控制器、反馈与速度控制和继电控制,并构建基于PowerLink总线的网络层次结构,实现纸机电气控制系统硬件设计;同时设计了基于嵌入式实时多任务操作系统的控制器软件系统,实现控制器的控制功能。
This paper analyzed the speciality and controlled requirement of the papermaking machine. Based on these requisition, designed embedded controller and realized controlling the electricity of the Papermaking machine. And this paper designed embedded controller based on S3C2410, controlling feedback and velocity, relay system, building the network level framework based on PowerLink bus of this machine and realized controller hardware. At the same time, designed software system of the controller based on real-time operating system, and realized controlling.
