摘要
织机张力受多种因素的影响较难控制,其控制效果对于纺织产品的质量至关重要。对织机的张力控制系统进行研究,通过辨识得到其传递函数。预测函数控制能适应快速相应对象的控制要求,但控制系统的传递函数不宜复杂,要想利用这种控制方法对张力控制系统进行有效的控制,必须对系统的传递函数进行降阶。通过推导得到基于模型降阶的预测函数法,并将它应用到这样的系统中去。仿真结果表明,这种控制方法的比常规的控制方法具有更好的控制效果。
Influenced by many factors, the loom tension, which is important to the quality of textile, is difficult to control. The loom tension control system is studied, which transfer function is obtained through identification. The PFC meets the requirement of quick response, but the transfer function can't be complex. In order to control the system with PFC, the rank of the transfer function must be reduced. The PFC based on model reduction is deduced, and is used to the system. The simulation indicates that it has better control effect then conventional control method.
