摘要
针对国内瓦楞纸板生产线生产效率低、剪损大的缺点,本文分析了横切机生产工艺及要求,提出了基于DSP芯片TMS320LF2407A的高性能电脑横切机控制系统设计方案,详细说明了该系统硬件和软件的实现。实践表明:该系统自动化程度高,剪切精度高,性能稳定,具有很好的应用前景。
Aiming to the shortcoming of corrugated cardboard production line, the word presented a high performance controlled system of corrugated cardboard based on DSP by analyzing the feature of corrugated cardboard's production technology. The characteristic of its structure and software scheme were explained in detail. As a result, the system has many merits such as high degree of automation, high precision of shear, stable performance and good viability.
