摘要
提高安全带等汽车设备的安全性和可靠性是非常重要的,这些产品在出厂之前需要经过严格的测试,因此本文开发了一种测试这些产品的汽车冲撞试验实时数据采集与分析系统。系统的硬件主要由松下公司的PLCFP1-PLC-40和美国康泰公司的DAQ1602数据采集卡、CM4016信号处理器等组成。上位机的系统管理、控制、数据处理与分析的软件主要采用VB进行开发的。实验表明该测试系统具有测试准确、安全可靠、操作方便等特点,适合进一步地推广应用。
It is important to improve the safety and reliability of the automotive devices, such as the lap-belt. Therefore, these productions must be tested before leave factory. A system of real-time data acquisition and analysis for automotive bumping test was developed to test them. The system hardware mainly consists of a PLC FP1-PLC-40 made by Panasonic, a data acquisition card DAQ1602 and a 16-channel multi-purpose signal conditioning module CM4016 made by Quatronix, etc. The supervisory control computer software was developed using VB. The experiment shows that the system can be put to use for its accuracy, safety, reliability, and ease of operation, etc.
