基于C8051F的新型机车油位测量仪开发

摘要 采用机电结合的方法,把传统的浮子测量方式与单片机技术相结合,设计并制作了一种基于C8051F单片机的新型机车油位测量仪。利用浮子上的霍尔传感器确定液面的位置,并且在与液面垂直的方向上安置一系列的霍尔传感器作为基准,利用步进电机带动丝杆上的磁铁寻找到液面,然后再找到离液面最近的基准,根据基准和磁铁沿丝杆移动的距离来确定机车油箱内的油位。本油位测量仪具有线性度好,测量范围大,精度高,抗干扰能力强,成本低廉特点,并且实现了对机车油位的测量、记录和显示功能。 In this paper, we combine the method of raechanical and electrical, unify traditional float survey way and MCU technology to design and produce a new locomotive oil-measuring instrument which base on C8051F SOC. First, we use Hall sensor in float to fix on the oil surface. Along the oil box, we set series hall sensors which are fixed in the guide screw to be used as references, then stepper motor driven the magnet on the surface of screw to look for the oil surface, and then it look for the reference which is nearest to the surface. According to reference and the distance which magnet moves along the screw, we can get the oil level. This equipment has characteristics of good linear, wide measure range, high measure precision, strong resistance ability to anti-interference, low cost, and so on. In addition, this equipment realizes oil-locomotive measurement, recording and display.
