摘要
本文介绍了一个基于超声波物位测量原理的液位自动控制系统,它能实时测量并显示液位;可以根据预设液位对容器中的液体进行补给操作。系统通过超声波测速温度补偿对液位测量值进行修正;通过"软件滤波"对测量数据进行修正,使液位控制误差小于2cm。
A liquid-level auto-control system which is based on the distance measure principle by ultrasonic with the characteristic of measuring and demonstrating the liquid-level in real time is being introduced in the paper. The system can supply the liquid of the container according to the liquid-level which was set at the system initialization. The liquid measured value is revised according to the temperature compensation and the velocity that is measured by ultrasonic;And with the mothed of "software-filter",measured datas are revised. The control error smaller than 2cm.
