泄漏电流是电气设备安全性能最重要的参数,本文根据IEC电气安全标准,分析了泄漏电流测试电路中所采用的人体阻抗网络及对泄露电流限值的要求,说明了硬件测试系统及软件测试系统的实现。该系统具有多用途、测试精度高、实时显示结果及测试方便等特点。

Leakage current is the most important parameter of electrical safety performance, the requirement of the leakage test in IEC is introduced in the paper, which includes the impedance network of the human body and the limit of the leakage current , and the test and control system of hardware and software. The system can test the leakage current of all kinds of electrical and possesses the characteristics of mulit-purpose, high precision , real-time results and convenient test .
