摘要 在城市污水处理厂内,特别是采用生物法去除营养物质的污水处理厂内,如果不采取有效措施控制鸟粪石结垢的产生,将会引起严重的运行和管理问题。重点讨论了鸟粪石结垢的防范措施,包括:改进污水污泥处理工艺、调节污水污泥的pH、降低鸟粪石生成组分浓度、回收鸟粪石沉淀、污水污泥处理设备材料改性等。这些方法各有特点,应根据实际需要相互结合使用。 Struvite scaling is a common problem in municipal wastewater treatment plants, especially in plants with enhanced biological nutrient removal processes. The scaling can cause significant operation and management problems if not anticipated. But struvite scaling can be completely controlled if properly addressed by using some effective measures. These measures include improving wastewater and sludge treatment processes, adjusting the pH value of wastewater and sludge, reducing the concentrations of magnesium, ammonium or phosphate ions, recovering the struvite precipitation occurring in controlling conditions, selecting the materials used in wastewater and sludge facilities and so on. Each measure has its advantages and disadvantages and can be used alone or combined with others.
