摘要
采用混凝沉淀—A/O工艺处理染整生产废水,验收监测结果表明,系统出水水质达到江苏省《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(DB 32/670—2004)和《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准。经过一年的运行,系统出水水质稳定,对COD的去除率为99.6%,对SS的去除率为61.8%,对色度的去除率约为100%。
The combined process of coagulation sedimentation and A/O was used for treatment of dyeing and finishing wastewater. The acceptance results show that the effluent quality of the system can meet the first grade criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 - 1996) and the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry of Jiangsu Province (DB 32/670 -2004). After one-year operation, the effluent quality is stable, and the removal rates of COD, SS and color are 99.6%, 61.8% and nearly 100% respectively.
