摘要
结合工程实例,介绍了混凝土管桩生产废水综合治理技术。实际监测结果表明,采用该工艺可实现对压蒸废水的余热回收以及锅炉烟气的综合治理,并能确保出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。
Through an engineering example, a comprehensive treatment technology of wastewater from production of concrete tubular pile is introduced. The monitoring results show that this treatment process can realize the recovery of residual heat of the pressure steam wastewater and the comprehensive treatment of boiler flue gas, and can ensure that the effluent quality meets the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard （GB 8978 -1996）.
