摘要
利用HYDSIM软件对某大功率船用高速柴油机高压燃油喷射系统进行建模、计算,分析结构参数对喷射压力的影响和喷嘴参数对喷射特性的影响,并通过大功率燃油喷射系统试验台对该高压燃油喷射系统进行试验测试,试验结果与计算结果对比表明,二者吻合性较好,从而验证了仿真模型和计算方法的正确性。
HYDSIM was'introduced into the modeling and numerical simulation of the high pressure fuel injection system of a large marine diesel engine, probing into the impaets of geometric parameters on the fuel injection pressure and those of the injector geometry on the fuel injection characteristics. Moreover, through experiments of the high pressure fuel injection system on a high-power fuel injection system test-bed, the experimental data have been brought into comparison with the computed results, which shows good match, thus verifies the simulated model and calculation method.
