摘要
建立了小型动磁直线电机压缩机运动理论模型,数值分析结论与实验结果验证了样机的磁路设计,获得了13.0N/A的电机比推力,电机理论效率为78%。压缩机与冷指为Φ10的气动膨胀机进行匹配试验。获得压缩机的最佳工作频率48—50Hz,电机效率71%,电机效率比理论值小7%。
Motion model of compressor driven by miniature moving magnet linear motor was set up. The comparison between the experimental data and numerical analysis verified the effectiveness of this model. A performance factor of 13.0N/A was achieved and the ideal COP reached 78%. The prototype of Stirling refrigerator was formed by integrating linear compressor with pneumatic expander which had a 10mm cold finger. The optimal operating point was found: frequency 48-50Hz、COP of motor 71%.
