摘要
复杂样本中低丰度蛋白的检测是蛋白质组学发展的难点和瓶颈。发展快速富集方法是检测低丰度蛋白有效途径之一,近年来研究表明纳米材料对蛋白/多肽存在不同程度的富集作用。结合国内外文献报道,对纳米材料在蛋白/多肽富集中的应用概况加以评述。
It is being a bottleneck to detect low-abundance proteins in complex samples for proteomic analysis. Methods which can be able to enrich proteins could be used for detection of low-abundance protein. Nanomaterials,such a.s zeolite nanocrystals,nanoporous silica particles and carbon nanotubes,are being showed effect in the enrichment of proteins/peptides. This review highlighted the application of various kinds of nanomaterials for enrichment of proteins/peptides.
