摘要
在24~30℃温度范围内,品种抗性在不同光照时数阳光强度的影响下存有极显著的差异。弱、短光照会使品种的抗性减弱甚至丧失。 光温对抗虫机制的影响,首先表现在品种的非嗜好性方面,其中光照时数对非嗜好性有极显著影响,温度和光强度也育显著的影响,30℃比24℃表现的非嗜好性较强。光照时数和光强度对非嗜好性有显著的交互作用。
The secoling balk screening test was used in greenhouse for evaluating resistance in rice varieties to the Urown planthopper.An orthogonal layout of b20 (51X23) was designed with different enviromental conditions including temperature, light duration ard light intensity at 2, 5 and 2 levels respectively. All tests were conducted in the phytotron. The results are as follows:1. Under natural conditions, day-length shorter than 5 hours caused the level of resistance in rice to decrease.2. Highly signitic nt differences of resistance in rice were recorded under the conditions of different light durations and light intensities. Light was a major factor conditioning the expression of resistance, as demonstrated by the fact that decreasing light duration or light intensity caused tesistance reduction or loss.3. Temperature and light markedly influenced nonpreference. There were highly significant differences of nonpreference among the plants of the same var ety grown for different light durations, under different light intensities, and at differ t temperntures. The level of nonpreference decreased with the decrease of temperature, light duration, or light intensity. A mutual cross-reaction relationship between duration and it tensity of light for nonprefer-ence was demonstrated.4. At the temperatures of 24-30℃, the critical value of both resistance and nonpreference was 10 and 14 hours respectively for 7000 and 5000 Lux of light intensity.
