静电涂油机中新型油液荷电装置的试验研究及仿真分析 被引量:3

摘要 分析了静电涂油机中防锈油液的荷电雾化机理,研制了一种降低静电涂油机油液雾化电压的荷电装置,对该装置进行了试验研究和仿真分析。研究表明,新型的荷电装置可以在较低的工作电压下达到较好的雾化效果,显著提高静电涂油机的涂油质量。 Electrostatic atomization principles of rust--preventative oil in the electrostatic oiler were analyzed. A new kind of charging device to reduce the atomizing voltage was developed. Experimental research and emulation analysis on the new device were carried on. Research results indicate that the device can reduce working voltage and improve the atomizing effect and oil--coated quality.
